You Don’t Need One AI — You Need the Right AI for the Right Job

 Hi All,

Everyone is asking: “Which AI are you using?” — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc..? The honest

answer is: all. But each for a different purpose. The process of Orcestration is the key to have the solution.

Here is how I think about it.

AI Best For Example

ChatGPT - Informative and research questions

“How does a standard purchase approval process work in manufacturing?”

Gemini -  Planning and itinerary

“Plan a 3-day go-live support schedule for a BC client”

Claude - Writing, formatting, putting it all together

“Turn these notes into a clean functional spec”

Each tool has a strength. Use it where it shines.

Now, if you want to go further, you can also connect them and Automate

Instead of copy-pasting between tools manually, you can chain them together using Make

Here is a simple example:

1. A new row in Google Sheets triggers the flow (client name + requirements)

2. ChatGPT API explains the standard BC behaviour for each requirement

3. Claude API formats everything into a polished gap analysis document

4. Make saves it to Google Drive automatically

What took 2–3 hours now runs in minutes.

Quick Tips

• Start with one repetitive task. Automate that first.
• Keep prompts short and specific — it saves API costs.
• The AIs don’t talk to each other. You design the handoff in Make.

Stop looking for the single best AI. Build a small workflow where each one does what it is

good at and let Make connect the dots.
